Crystals and Stones

Essentially, when the Inner is in order, the Outer (physical) will take care of itself. One of the responsibilities of working with the energies of the crystals is to be aware that you will be helping other people A LOT.

The Earth is 85% crystalline. Crystals grow inside geodes -- hollow round rocks. They are torn from home and family for our use, creating violent emotional feelings. We need to do healing ceremonies for these crystals right away to ease their pains. Next would be an adoption ceremony.

Crystals can alter and grow, even after they have been removed from the Earth. Crystals have an odd habit of appearing and disappearing at their choosing.

Clear crystals are grown in a climate where the ground doesn’t freeze, or they are very deep in the ground (much below the freezing level). A crystal with cloudy inclusions has grown where the ground freezes at some point during the year. Clear is masculine, cloudy is feminine.

Crystal skulls have been found recently that defy explanation. The Cherokee teaching about them is that there are 13 skulls (12 quartz, 1 amethyst). Each one is said to be carved from a single piece of stone into a skull that is life-sized with a jaw that moved when it “sang” or “spoke”. The skulls contain information about Man’s origins, purpose and destiny, and the mysteries of life, transmitted on vibrating waves of information. Each of the 12 crystal skulls correlate to a planet in the cosmos that is inhabited by humans. Souls could travel to these 12 planets as these souls evolved. The 13th amethyst skull could “connect up” all these worlds (with a certain configuration of the 12 in a circle around the 13th with 8 wands at the cardinal points). The skulls are said to possess healing powers.

The Mayans believe the skulls can provide an “access point” into other dimensions, such as the world of spirits and ancestors. The most well-known of these skulls was found in 1924 in a “lost” city of the Mayans. It weighs 11 lbs., 7 oz and is said to have strange powers. A woman in Ontario (Anne Mitchell-Hedges) cares for it at this time. When tested, it emitted a glow like an aura, and at other times a soft chanting of voices was heard. No markings were found on it to tell of its creation. This skull has been said to heal people, emit the sound of chanting voices, glow with the gentle light of an aura, and show images of the past or future.

A second skull in the Museum of Mankind (London) is said to move about on its own inside its sealed case. There is a third in a museum in Paris that is smaller & more stylized. There is a fourth in the Washington Smithsonian that is larger than life-sized with a hollow interior. Apparently the original owner committed suicide due to the supposed curse of the skull.

There is also one in Texas (named Max) that is life-sized, cruder and less refined than the main skull, and is also from cloudy crystal. The woman had it placed in her care by a Tibetan-trained healer. She now loans it to Mary Thunder who uses it in healing sweats and other healing ceremonies.

Crystals were and still are used by Native Medicine People throughout the ages as one of their sacred tools. They are considered to be the “brain cells” of Mother Earth.

Before using them, you need to pledge to use them in the service of All Our Relations. They are conscious beings with voices --- if you listen closely! Often crystals and stones will come to you for you to pass them on to others, to whom they seek.
 
 

Crystals and stones use subtle energies that are natural and hard to detect. They access light-gathering energies, and they have the capacity to gather light and to magnify energy in ceremonies. The energies of each crystal is derived from the angle of growth and its pattern. They have a similar energy pattern to water, so therefore human’s energy is crystalline.

Stones are a source of energy, while crystals are a source of energy AND reflect energy. Almost all stones are positive energy and all crystals are positive energy. Two examples of negative stones are leopard-skin agate and fire agate.

It is possible to polish crystals, being careful not to damage the point as this can affect the crystal’s energy. A good clean point means it has a good amount of energy within (the better the point the greater the energy). A natural-shaped point has more power than a sphere because there is no energy directional flow in a sphere. The facets of a crystals will most often determine the direction of the energy flow patterns. Multiple crystals interact with and enhance each other.

Crystals carry the wisdom of the ages, thus we become their keepers, not owners. When choosing a crystal, focus on an intent of seeking a crystal’s help on a certain thing. Crystals often have an already-set “programming” for helping beings with certain things. See what sensations occur by way of your system connecting with the appropriate crystal. These can include a tingling sensation, a light, or even a resonance.
 
 

Skill is needed to know how to tap and use the energy of crystals, and anyone can work with crystals. Crystals can be used for healing, energy work, for plant growth, journeys in meditation and in drumming groups. The crystal is a pathway to the Inner Self. They can strengthen and amplify the positive Inner Being. Crystals can help one with spiritual growth which helps when working with inner abilities. Crystals can strengthen and amplify a person’s intentions, give protection, increase a person’s energy, calm stressful energies, aid in balancing or centring, etc. They can aid in dream remembering, meditations, preventing nightmares, store memories and hold another person’s energies.

Wearing or carrying crystals can amplify personal inner subtle energies -- they are intention-programmable -- it strengthens everything inside the Self. Crystals will often have a purpose programmed into them already. To program a crystal, it is important to be in the right frame of mind. Hold the crystal with the point up and focus and project your intent into it --- use words,  pictures, feeling, etc.  Programming can be for anything including manifestation, food treatment, or even weather control. Any crystal can do any task as easily as the next crystal.

A person can be a “receiver” or a “sender” or both (energies). To tap into these abilities you tap into the feminine side of your Being (left side). Crystals and stones can share one name with you and another name with someone else. This is because the stones and crystals will resonate with people according to that person’s  thoughts. Knowledge about the specific attributes, abilities and identity of stones and crystals comes from the stones and crystals themselves, which can become known to you through communication.

Some of the ancient uses of crystals have been: pyramid building in Egypt, Atlantis technology,  Stonehenge, Aztec and Mayan ruins, and multicultural healing. The Mayans consider crystals to be “... a device for communicating between the worlds...”

Crystals can be used to encourage the growth of plant life (place in the soil and add healing energies). They can also change with use, with personal energies, or for other reasons.

Use books as guidelines and references only, use intuition mainly.
 
 

When you first acquire a crystal, it is best to clean it right away as it has been handled by many people. When cleaning them, DON’T use sea-salt -- crystals are born in the Earth, not the Sea.

They can be cleaned in many ways: burying them in the Earth, put them in a windowsill for the sunlight or moonlight, place under running water, smudge them, place them on an amethyst cluster, flood them with Light energy, or soak them in water and flower petals or plants.
